How does the Yes estimator work?
Our simulator combines several public and professional data sources to produce a realistic range of monthly and annual revenue. The data comes from Inside Airbnb, AirDNA, Airbtics and field observations consolidated across 66 French and European cities, including Mallorca. The methodology is publicly documented and every figure cites its source with a freshness date.
The calculation factors in the seasonality specific to Mallorca (activity peaks in July and August, with a winter trough, the opposite of Alpine ski resorts), the median rate by property type in your district, the average occupancy rate and management fees.
