What is your commission?

Our commission is only taken from the revenue generated, if you don’t rent out, you don’t pay. The exact rate is discussed in your first meeting based on the size and location of your property.

Can I block dates for personal use?

Of course! You remain the owner and master of your calendar. Just let us know in advance to block your property for your personal stays.

Do you manage short and mid-term rentals?

Yes. We support both short stays of a few nights (Airbnb-style) and rentals of several weeks or months (students, business travellers in the Îles Baléares). We adapt the strategy to your property and your goals.

Is my property covered in case of damage?

Listing platforms include built-in host guarantees. We also advise you on complementary insurance suited to short-term rentals. In case of an incident, we support you through the entire process.
